Shipping and Delivery
- We ship across India only (no international shipping yet).
- Delivery timeline: 5–12 working days from order confirmation.
- Delivery time may vary by location.
- Delays due to logistics, strikes, or natural causes do not qualify for refunds.
- Tracking details are shared by message once dispatched.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Once an order is placed, modifications are generally not possible.
- However, if you need to update the shipping address, please email us at thenpenstudio@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order, and we will do our best to accommodate the change.
- Please ensure that your shipping details (including pin code/zip code) are accurate when placing an order.
- Thenpen Studio will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Cancellation and Refunds:
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they are not dispatched.
- A full refund will be issued for cancellations made within this period.
- No cancellations once 12 hours have passed or the order has been shipped.
- Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled post-dispatch.
- Refusal of delivery for prepaid orders will not be refunded
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, except for approved exchange cases.
Exchange Policy(India only)
- Mandatory unboxing video is required to process exchanges.
- o The video must show the parcel opening from start to finish, without cuts/edits.
- o Requests without this will not be accepted.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 5–7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order ID from our website) required.
- Only one exchange per order allowed.

Cost
- Reverse pickup and re-shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Not Eligible for Exchange
At Thenpen Studio, we take utmost care in checking every product before shipping. However, please note that certain items are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene, safety, and product handling reasons.
- Customized or altered outfits
- Items without original tags, labels, or packaging.
- Products bought during sale/discount.
